North Cyprus is often described as “The mediterranean, like it used to be”
and when you come to explore the area around Villa Adam, you will understand why.

Villa Adam itself has breath-taking views out to sea from the terrace and infinity pool, while in the other
direction you will see a background of rugged mountains and lush forests. The location of the villa offers
convenient access to everything the area has to offer, with over 300 restaurants, tavernas and bistros on
the island, as well as activities, attractions and tours for the more adventurous.

Despite its secluded and private feel, Villa Adams location does not prevent you from being
close to various amenities and attractions.

A 20 minute drive will take you into the pretty and vibrant town centre of Girne (Kyrenia), where you
can find some wonderful harbour restaurants serving fresh dishes of daily caught fish, whilst enjoying the
views of the historic Girne Castle, and perhaps take a walk through the old streets of this lovely harbour area.

A 50 minute drive to the east and you will find the beautiful city of Famagusta with its Othello Castle
and the city walls where you can spend time shopping and exploring its history.
The Karpas Peninsula area, with its long and golden beaches is also an hours drive and is a great place to visit
for its monastery and historic past. If you wish to explore more locally, there are plenty of excellent places to
dine, walk and hike and the Korineum 18-hole championship golf course is just a short distance away with its
golf course, restaurant and beach resort.

The long dry summers and short mild winters make Cyprus a popular destination all
year round, with glorious sea temperatures of around 21°C, but whatever the
weather, Villa Adam is fully climate controlled so you can choose a temperature
that is perfect for you.
